Global dining event Diner en Blanc meets the Berlin underground for an evening of edgy-entertainment in Nambour.
Grab a table with friends, dress up in your best chic-black attire and pack a sumptuous picnic dinner of your favourite foods. Enjoy a night of risqué entertainment, featuring a number of local and international artists and theatrical groups including Kimera Visual Theatre, L’art de Cirque, The Sunshine Troupe, The New World Rhythm Choir, Marame Mete-Smith and Herb Armstrong; grandson of the great Louis Armstrong. Marama and Herb Armstrong, alongside violinist Sharee Lee will conclude the evening with the songs of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.
The atmosphere will be enhanced throughout the evening with a nature-inspired soundscape imbuing the urban landscape, alongside a projected photographic installation on the surrounding buildings.
Guests are invited to make a group booking of 10 to secure a table, or purchase individual admission tickets where seating will be allocated. BYO picnic basket, food, cutlery, dishware and alcohol.
Groups are encouraged to decorate their tables with a centrepiece to complement the black theme with a prize going to the best table on the night.
