Australian Wearable Art presents Runaway Art at the Eumundi Brewery, exploring the question “what is wearable art...” with a Gaultier-meets-Picasso catwalk showcase.
Runaway Art will be an evening of elegance, with internationally renowned Peter Dwyer and Cindy Vogels exhibiting creations that will be seen in public for the first time. Cindy Vogels will unveil her highly anticipated black light Human Installation with Peter Dwyer Speed Creating wearable art on stage.
The evening will also allow guests to watch the process and ask questions while 6 talented local wearable artists create a headpiece each using a variety of materials. These headpieces will be modelled on the catwalk and judged by Cindy and Peter.
Put on your best threads and dress up for this evening of luxurious fashion and art.
Tickets are $38 including a complimentary drink on arrival with nibbles and a cash bar throughout the evening.

Local Australian Fashion Designer/Stylist/Milliner with a difference. Venturing into creative collaborations the world over, Cindy has presented her handcrafted millinery at ‘London Fashion Week’, dressed some of Australian country music’s best and emerging with many film clips and red carpets adorned with her gowns and unique designs and she, of course, worked for the one and only Lady Gaga in 2014.
